At Varsa Studios, creativity and community start with family. Founded by a mother-daughter duo, and supported by a small, passionate team, we bring heart, vision, and craftsmanship into everything we do. From welcoming guests to designing new sets and keeping the studio fresh and inspiring, we work together to create a space where bold ideas can thrive. Every detail at Varsa is fueled by love, legacy, and a shared commitment to helping creators feel at home.
Anita Clay
Anita is the creative force behind Varsa Studios, leading space design, client communications, and social media. A passionate photographer since 2018, owning a studio has been a lifelong dream. While balancing a full-time teaching career and raising two daughters, the studio remains her true creative home — where bold ideas and lasting memories are made.
Cheryl Phadnis
Cheryl is the foundation of Varsa Studios, handling all legal, financial, and operational needs. Her generosity, wisdom, and heart for community shine through everything she does. A believer in living healthfully and giving back, Cheryl brings stability, warmth, and soul to the studio’s mission.
Caleb Cochran
Caleb keeps Varsa Studios clean, fresh, and ready for creativity. He manages weekly deep cleaning, painting, and set installations, ensuring the space always feels welcoming. Outside of Varsa, he’s passionate about gaming, adventure, and is pursuing a career in cybersecurity.
